Pet Friendly Apartments at View Carlton Arms
Our community uses PetScreening, a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure while storing your pet’s information conveniently in one place.
- We happily welcome pet(s) of any size.
- Limit 2 pets per apartment.
- $300 Non-refundable pet fee for 1st pet.
- $150 Non-refundable pet fee for the 2nd pet.
- Pet Rent per pet: $20 per month.
- PetScreening fee of $25ACH/$30 payable by credit card per pet/year.
